Use Autonieer to design buildings, lawfully and without harming the Service or anyone else. That's the whole idea — the details follow.
1.Scope
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Autonieer, its API and our websites. Organization owners are responsible for their members' compliance.
2.Unlawful or harmful content
- Don't upload or generate anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Don't upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or special category data (health, biometrics, etc.) at all.
- Don't use the Service to harass, defame, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Don't upload malware or files designed to exploit software that opens them.
3.Misusing designs and AI output
- Don't present AI output as certified construction documents, as proof of code compliance, or as the work of a licensed professional who hasn't reviewed it. See the AI Transparency & Professional Disclaimer.
- Don't use the Service to plan facilities intended to cause harm, to evade security at a real site, or to facilitate crime.
- Don't use output to deceive people — for example fake listings or fraudulent planning submissions.
4.Security and integrity
- Don't try to access other customers' data, accounts or organizations, or probe for them.
- Don't bypass authentication, plan limits, rate limits or other technical controls, or share accounts to avoid seat limits.
- Don't scan, test or attack the Service except under our responsible-disclosure rules.
- Don't overload the Service, including through automated requests beyond the API's published limits.
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where the law permits it despite this restriction.
5.AI models and data extraction
- Don't attempt to extract our prompts, model instructions or other customers' data through the AI features.
- Don't use the Service or its output to build a competing product or to train a model that competes with the Service.
- Don't scrape our websites or the Service except through the API.
6.Reselling
Don't resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
7.Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, suspend features or suspend accounts to stop a breach, proportionately and — unless the law or security prevents it — with an explanation and a chance to respond. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination.
